Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how VerraLabs handles issues related to damaged shipments, incorrect orders, delivery problems, and limited support requests for laboratory research peptides and research-use products.
1. Policy Overview
Due to the specialized nature of peptide and laboratory research products, all sales made through VerraLabs are considered final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for delivered products. However, in limited situations involving damaged shipments, incorrect items, or confirmed delivery issues, our team may review requests for replacement or reshipment support at our discretion.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For safety, quality control, and research integrity reasons, peptide products cannot be returned once shipped.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:
- Opened, used, or altered peptide products
- Products improperly stored after delivery
- Orders submitted incorrectly by the customer
- Requests based on personal preference or change of mind
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipping stages, cancellations and modifications may no longer be possible.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive incorrect products, please contact VerraLabs within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
To help us review the issue efficiently, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping label
- Images of the package condition
- Clear photos of the affected item(s)
After review, VerraLabs may approve a replacement shipment or another support resolution depending on the situation.
4. Lost Packages and Shipping Issues
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, we will review carrier tracking updates and shipping details before determining the next steps.
In situations where a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, VerraLabs may review eligibility for reshipment support.
Carrier delays caused by weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or operational volume do not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation.
5. Order Cancellations
Requests for order cancellation or modification must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping stages, cancellations, edits, or address changes may no longer be accepted.
6. Refund Policy
VerraLabs does not offer routine refunds on peptide or laboratory research products.
Any approved exceptions related to verified shipment issues will be reviewed individually and handled at the sole discretion of our support team.

When contacting support regarding an order issue, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Relevant photos or shipment details
8. Policy Updates
